The rules for using the free typing trainer Typing Improver.
The service
Typing Improver is a free online typing trainer at typingimprover.com, run by Kostiantyn Palianychka. You can practise without creating an account. The service is free and has no paid features.
What you need
A current web browser with JavaScript enabled and a physical keyboard. An account needs an email address.
Accounts
An account is optional and only syncs your history between browsers. Creating one is agreeing to these terms; you can end that agreement at any time with “Delete account” in Settings.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to break or overload it, access other people's data, or use it to harm anyone.
Availability and liability
The trainer is provided as it is, without a promise of a particular result or of uninterrupted availability. Practice data that exists only in your browser can be lost if the browser's storage is cleared; export it if it matters to you.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Send complaints to k.palyanichka@gmail.com. We reply within 14 days.
Changes
These terms can change. This page will show the updated text and date. If you have an account and do not accept the change, you can delete the account.
